Additionally, she is a member of the Entertainment & Sports Industry Group and co-leads the Government Relations Group. Heidelbaugh is an experienced trial lawyer who has handled a wide variety of litigation matters for businesses and individuals. She is also a well-known public commentator on issues related to politics, law, and elections.
Gregory F. Suher is a Partner with Leech Tishman and a member of the Litigation Practice Group, where he co-leads the Family Law and Matrimonial Law Group. He is also a member of the Emerging Cyber Technologies Industry Group. Suher is an experienced family law attorney who regularly assists high net-worth individuals navigating complex divorce and support matters.
David V. Weicht is a Partner with Leech Tishman and Co-Chair of the Litigation Practice Group, where he co-leads the Appellate, Commercial Litigation, Insurance Coverage, and Shareholder/Equity Disputes Groups. As an experienced litigator for over 30 years, Weicht has handled a wide variety of complex commercial litigation matters across a wide range of industries.
Rising Stars
Alysia L. Libby is a Partner with Leech Tishman and a member of the Real Estate Practice Group. She focuses her practice in the area of commercial real estate transactional matters, including acquisitions, leasing, subleasing, real estate financing, mixed-use development projects, and condominium developments.
Michelle A. Ross is Counsel with Leech Tishman and a member of the Trusts & Estates Practice Group, where she leads both the Guardianships and Medicaid Planning Groups and co-leads the Trusts & Estates Litigation Group. She is also a member of the Tax and Litigation Groups. Ross focuses her practice on trusts and estates planning and administration, elder law and guardianships, and various other Orphans’ Court fiduciary litigation.
Francesca M. Schiavone is a Partner with Leech Tishman and a member of the Corporate Practice Group, where she leads both the Start-Up Services and Women/Minority-Owned Business Groups and co-leads the Commercial Contracts and General Counsel Groups. She is also a member of the Insurance Coverage Group and Life Sciences Industry Group. Schiavone’s practice involves counseling clients on corporate mergers and acquisitions, business planning and structuring, real estate transactional matters, including commercial and residential sales, acquisitions and leases, and dealing with a multitude of general corporate governance matters.
Leah K. Sell is an Associate with Leech Tishman and a member of the Labor & Employment Practice Group. She is also a member of the Start-Up Services Group and Life Sciences Industry Group. Sell regularly advises clients in the areas of employment counseling and defense and corporate transactions.
Daniel P. Yeomans is an Associate with Leech Tishman and a member of the Litigation Practice Group. He is also a member of the Insurance Coverage Group. Yeomans regularly counsels clients on civil and bankruptcy-related litigation matters.
