Sandford L. Frey (“Sandy”) is a Partner with Leech Tishman and Co-Chair of the Business Restructuring & Insolvency Practice Group, where he co-leads the Practice Group, including the Bankruptcy Chapter 11 Debtor and Bankruptcy Chapter 11 Subchapter V Debtor Groups. Based in the Los Angeles office, Frey has experience with out-of-court workouts, Chapter 11 reorganizations, bankruptcy, insolvency and lending, real estate, general corporate and transactional matters and wine law.
Robyn Sokol is a Partner with Leech Tishman, and a member of the firm’s Business Restructuring & Insolvency Practice Group where she leads the Court Appointed Trustee and Receivers Group. Based in Leech Tishman’s Los Angeles office, Sokol regularly advises clients on business reorganizations, creditors’ rights and bankruptcy law, and all related transactions and litigation.
Philip A. Toomey is a Partner at Leech Tishman and Chair of the firm’s national Employment & Labor Practice Group, where he also leads the Public Sector Employment Group. Toomey is also a member of the Litigation Practice Group, where he co-leads the Restrictive Covenants / Non-Competes Group. He is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Toomey serves as the trusted outside general counsel for international, privately held, and small to mid-market companies in the aerospace, transportation, manufacturing, food production, office and retail services industries, among others.
Eric J. Wu is a Partner at Leech Tishman and a member of the Employment & Labor Practice Group, where he leads the Wage and Hour Group. He is also a member of the Corporate Practice Group, where he is a member of the General Counsel Group. Wu is based in Leech Tishman’s Los Angeles office and focuses his practice on California business and labor & employment law matters. Wu also serves as Co-Leader of Leech Tishman’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Program.
