Leech Tishman Litigation & Alternative Dispute Resolution Counsel Appointed to the Newsletter Award Committee of the Federal Bar Association

NEW YORK, NY – October 20, 2023 – Leech Tishman is pleased to announce that Litigation & Alternative Dispute Resolution Counsel, Laurel F. Grass was recently appointed to the Newsletter Award Committee of the Federal Bar Association (“FBA”). Grass will serve on the Committee from October 1, 2023, through September 30, 2024.

As a member of the Newsletter Award Committee, Grass will evaluate award applications for the Newsletter Recognition Awards during Summer 2024. The award(s) will be presented in September 2024 at the FBA’s Annual Meeting and Convention in Kansas City.

ABOUT THE FEDERAL BAR ASSOCIATION NEWSLETTER RECOGNITION AWARDS

The Federal Bar Association Newsletter Recognition Awards recognizes the best newsletters published by FBA chapters in each of the four chapter groups, as well as those published by sections, divisions, and committees to stimulate and encourage continued production of these valuable communication tools.

All chapters, sections, divisions, and committees that publish at least two newsletters (including e-newsletters) per fiscal year (i.e., regular frequency) are eligible to submit their newsletter for a recognition award. Judges will focus on overall sustained quality of the publication and will emphasize apparent service to the members. Content, creativity, and the layout/design of the newsletter are also relevant factors.
