Leech Tishman Litigation Partner Admitted to Practice before the U.S. District Court, Northern District of New York

PHILADELPHIA, PA – March 28, 2023 – Leech Tishman is pleased to announce that Litigation Partner, John J. Jacko, III, is now admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Northern District of New York.

Jacko is a Partner with Leech Tishman and a member of the Employment & Labor and Litigation Practice Groups. Jacko is based in the Philadelphia and Cherry Hill, NJ offices, where he represents clients in the areas of business and commercial litigation, banking and creditor’s rights law, and consultant negligence.

Jacko is licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and Tennessee and is admitted to practice before the U.S Court of Appeals (First, Second, and Third Circuits) and the U.S. District Court (Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Pennsylvania; District of New Jersey; Eastern, Northern and Southern Districts of New York; District of Colorado).
