Leech Tishman Litigation Partner Appointed as Co-Chair of the Allegheny County Bar Association’s ALLY Initiative

PITTSBURGH, PA – July 28, 2023 – Leech Tishman is pleased to announce that Litigation & Alternative Dispute Resolution Partner, Erica M. Pietranton, was recently appointed as Co-Chair of the Allegheny County Bar Association’s (“ACBA”) ALLY Initiative. Pietranton will serve as Co-Chair from July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024. Pietranton was previously nominated as Diverse Representative of the ACBA’s Judiciary Committee, where she continues to serve her three-year term.

As Co-Chair, Pietranton will champion equality, diversity, and inclusion in the legal profession by engaging attorneys and their law firms, corporate legal departments, courts, and other legal organizations to commit to increase inclusivity, create equitable workplaces, empower historically marginalized and underrepresented members of the bar, and reflect the community through active participation in various key programs and projects.

In addition to Co-Chair of the ACBA’s ALLY Initiative, Pietranton is a member of the ACBA’s Civil Litigation Section Council and Immediate Past-Chair of the ACBA’s LGBTQ+ Rights Committee. Pietranton is a Partner in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group, where she focuses on commercial and other complex litigation matters. She is also part of the Insurance Coverage Group. Pietranton is based in the firm’s Pittsburgh office.
