Leech Tishman Nelson Hardiman is pleased to announce the addition of a new attorney to the firm, Jonathan W. Radke. Radke will join as a Partner in the firm’s Healthcare Practice Group and will be based in the Los Angeles office. Radke is also a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Radke’s practice will focus on a broad range of complex healthcare compliance issues and litigation matters.
For more than a decade, Radke has represented health care providers in state and federal courts and arbitration proceedings, concentrating his practice on health care fraud and abuse, false claims, and complex business litigation. Additionally, Radke routinely advises clients on healthcare regulatory and compliance matters, including Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, civil investigations and insurance audits, voluntary disclosure of possible government overpayments, and compliance with anti-kickback and Stark laws.
