Singer will join as a Partner to the firm’s Healthcare Practice Group and will be based in the Los Angeles office. He is also a member of the firm’s Corporate Practice Group. Singer’s practice will focus on a broad range of complex healthcare corporate transactions.
Singer possesses a wealth of knowledge regarding health and wellness products and services, including FDA matters, offering greater depth in strategy and thoughtful options for clients, along with healthcare corporate transactional, business formation, behavioral health licensing, ambulatory surgery centers, physician practice compliance, and tax counsel. He holds a Tax LL.M. degree, making him uniquely qualified to advise on federal and state tax liabilities and strategies to minimize tax obligations.
