Leech Tishman is pleased to announce the addition of a new attorney to the firm, Robert E. Fuller. Fuller will join as a Partner in the firm’s Healthcare Practice Group and will be based in the Los Angeles office. Fuller is also a member of the firm’s Corporate and Business Restructuring & Insolvency Groups. Fuller’s practice will focus on a broad range of complex transactional, operational, and regulatory matters in the healthcare industry.
With more than a decade of experience as a hospital administrator, Fuller brings tremendous insight, knowledge, and hands-on experience to his healthcare legal practice. Fuller utilizes his next-level healthcare management skillset to advise his clients on mergers and acquisitions, financing, securities, formation, governance, sale and purchase, and licensing.
