Leech Tishman Partner Jessica K. Albert Elected to Serve on Board of Directors of Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership

PITTSBURGH, PA – March 29, 2021 – Leech Tishman is pleased to announce that attorney Jessica K. Albert was recently elected to serve on the Board of Directors of the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership (“PDP”). Albert will serve a three-year term on the Board, where she will join a leadership team composed of individuals representing small businesses, regional industries and professional services, civic organizations, clergy, higher education, and local and state government. Albert has been a member/volunteer with the PDP for several years, serving on the organization’s Membership Committee and assisting with its annual Picklesburgh food festival event.  

The mission of the Board is to advance initiatives that foster economic vitality and improve Downtown Pittsburgh life. Their strategic initiatives include clean and outreach services, transportation, economic development, and advocacy to enhance the Downtown experience for residents, workers, and visitors alike. The Board’s goals for 2021 include:

Albert is a Partner in Leech Tishman’s Litigation & Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice Group and is based in the firm’s Pittsburgh office where she focuses her practice mainly on litigating state, federal, and agency cases, including complex civil litigation covering a broad range of legal matters such as ADA Title III class actions, civil rights, construction defects, breach of contract issues, negligence, fraud and insurance coverage. Albert is also well-versed in employment litigation and regularly counsels clients regarding risk exposure, including OSHA compliance and litigating contested OSHA citations.
