This is the third year that Cimini has been the recipient of this honor.

Cimini is recognized for a 12th year in the Mediation, Employment Law – Management, Litigation – Labor & Employment categories. Cimini is highly regarded for her experience in the areas of alternative dispute resolution and employment law. She was trained in mediation at the Harvard School of Law, and has mediated hundreds, if not thousands, of cases over the past 21 years. Cimini is often asked by organizations to conduct private internal conflict resolution involving internal disputes between employees, managers, executives and/or departments. The Association for Conflict Resolution conferred Advanced Workplace Practitioner Status on Cimini based upon the depth and breadth of her experience resolving employee/employer disputes. As a former human resource professional, she has the unique ability to balance practical business considerations with legal considerations while addressing workplace conflict.

Cimini is also a Fellow in the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers and has over 34 years of experience devoted exclusively to counseling and litigating on behalf of private and public sector employers in all aspects of the employment relationship, from hiring through termination.

Cimini has published numerous articles on alternative dispute resolution, employment law and is a regular speaker on mediation, employment, labor law and human resources issues for bar association and human resource groups. She been a speaker and moderator with panels of mediators and judges for the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, the Academy of Trial Lawyers, the Federal Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and MCWP’s Conflict Resolution Day programs. For over 20 years, Cimini has served on the faculty of the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s Employment Law Institute and other PBI employment and alternative dispute resolution programs, where she also serves as a Course Planner. For many years, Cimini also served on the firm’s Management Committee and as Chair of Leech Tishman’s Employment & Labor Practice Group.

“It comes as no surprise to her colleagues at Leech Tishman that Sally continues to be recognized by her peers for her expertise in the area of alternative dispute resolution,” stated Pete A. Fuscaldo, managing partner of Leech Tishman. “For many years, Sally has been highly regarded in the industry and by her clients for her breadth of knowledge in the field of ADR as well as her ability to navigate even the most complex disputes.
