Gase, and Real Estate Partner, Julia Wu, have been chosen by The Legal Intelligencer in their 2025 Pennsylvania Legal Awards as a finalist and an honoree, respectively. Gase was chosen as a Finalist in the ‘Most-Effective Dealmakers’ category, among only six other finalists in the category. Wu was chosen as one of only 12 Honorees in the ‘Lawyers on the Fast Track (Small/Midsize Firms)’ category.
The Pennsylvania Legal Awards 2025 reception will be held on June 12, 2025 in Philadelphia, PA. Honorees and finalists will be recognized at the event, and the winners in finalist categories will be publicly announced. Gase focuses his practice on complex mergers and acquisitions, corporate tax issues, and transactional matters for domestic and international companies. He assists clients with commercial contracts, business formation, start-up services, and general corporate governance issues. Gase joined the firm as an Associate in 2020 and was elevated to Partner in 2024.
Wu focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactional matters, including acquisition, ownership, disposition, financing, development, and leasing. She advises clients on ownership and investment structuring, as well as serves as General Counsel for several real estate companies. Wu joined the firm as an Associate in 2019 and was elevated to Partner in 2024.
