Leech Tishman Partners Elected to Serve Additional Two-Year Term on Management Committee
PITTSBURGH, PA – January 2, 2020 – Leech Tishman is pleased to announce that partners Kaylyn Boca and Patrick W. Carothers have been elected to serve an additional two-year term on the firm’s Management Committee, where they will oversee firm governance, strategic planning and daily operational issues for the firm. Kaylyn and Pat join existing Management Committee members, David J. DelFiandra, John M. Steiner and Pete A. Fuscaldo.
Kaylyn is Chair of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group and is based in Leech Tishman’s Pittsburgh office, where she handles a variety of real estate and corporate matters for clients. Kaylyn’s practice is focused in the area of commercial real estate, finance and corporate transactions. Over the course of her career, Kaylyn has represented sellers, purchasers, landlords, tenants, secured lenders and borrowers in a wide range of transactions including acquisitions, sales, construction loans, leases, restructurings, commercial, residential and mixed-use development projects, sale-leasebacks and condominium and planned community developments. Kaylyn has also represented developers/borrowers in obtaining funds through various state programs such as Historic Preservation Tax Incentives through the National Park Service, Building PA, Business in Our Sites, Machinery and Equipment Loan Fund, Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority and the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency’s Mixed Use Facility Financing Initiative.
Patrick is a member of the Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights and Corporate Practice Groups. Patrick works out of Leech Tishman’s Pittsburgh and Wilmington offices, where he routinely represents businesses in various stages of financial restructurings- from out-of-court workouts to court monitored processes, including Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganizations. Patrick represents clients in bankruptcy courts throughout the country, including numerous matters in Delaware, New Jersey and the Southern District of New York.
