Daniel P. Yeomans is an Associate in the firm’s Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Practice Group. Dan focuses his practice on commercial and consumer bankruptcy matters, representing commercial debtors, secured creditors, landlords and trustees in both chapter 7 and chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. He also represents creditors’ committees and prosecutes and defends preference and fraudulent transfer actions. In addition, Dan represents individual debtors in chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings.
