PITTSBURGH, PA – August 30, 2021 – Leech Tishman is pleased to announce the addition of a new attorney to the firm, Irfan M. Dinani. Dinani joins the firm as Counsel in the Corporate Practice Group. Dinani is based in the Pittsburgh office where he focuses his practice on corporate and international law, with particular emphasis on securities, cross-border transactions, regulatory, and transportation matters in North America, the United Arab Emirates, and Tanzania.
Dinani has a wealth of experience in general counsel matters including drafting and filing company formation documents, negotiating license agreements, overseeing mergers and acquisitions, and preparing joint venture agreements, product supply/distribution agreements, and settlement agreements. He routinely counsels principals, officers, directors, managers and equity stakeholders and negotiates shareholders’ agreements, operating agreements, subscription agreements, and other ancillary governing and share transfer agreements. In addition, Dinani drafts and reviews domestic and international contracts, advises on corporate procedures and compliance, and facilitates cross-border security sharing agreements.
Dinani has experience in a range of real estate legal matters, including preparing lease templates and negotiating commercial lease terms and contracts, for office, cell tower, and industrial sites.
