Leech Tishman Welcomes New Attorney: Andrew J. Schellhammer

STATE COLLEGE, PA – March 6, 2023 – Leech Tishman is pleased to announce the addition of a new attorney to the firm, Andrew J. Schellhammer. Based in the State College office, Schellhammer will join the firm as Counsel in Leech Tishman’s Real Estate and Estates & Trusts Practice Groups.

Schellhammer will focus his practice on real estate law, estate planning and administration, commercial lending, and corporate law. He routinely advises clients in transactions involving the purchase and sale of all types of real property including: residences; rental properties; vacant land; and commercial/ industrial properties. Schellhammer is experienced in all aspects of the real estate transaction process including the preparation and execution of an Agreement of Sale, complex due diligence matters, closings, and title insurance needs. He also assists clients in commercial lending matters.

Schellhammer also assists clients with estate administration and on estate planning matters including the preparation of simple and complex wills, trusts, healthcare durable powers of attorney/living wills, and durable powers of attorney.
