Leech Tishman is pleased to announce the addition of a new attorney to the firm, Arthur D. Martinucci, who joins the firm as Partner in the Labor & Employment and Litigation Practice Groups. Martinucci will split his time between the firm’s Erie, PA and Pittsburgh, PA offices.
Martinucci focuses his practice on a broad range of labor and employment matters, including civil rights, wrongful termination, workplace harassment and discrimination, hostile work environment, and breach of contract claims. He regularly advises clients on workplace policies and compliance, and is also experienced in commercial litigation, contract disputes, personal injury claims, and insurance bad faith matters. In addition, Martinucci offers services as a mediator and neutral evaluator in employment, commercial, and civil rights cases, helping parties resolve disputes efficiently and effectively.
