Leech Tishman is pleased to announce the addition of Barbara J. Riesberg as a Partner in the firm’s Litigation and Real Estate Practice Groups. Riesberg will be based in Leech Tishman’s growing South Florida office, where she will focus her practice on complex business and real estate litigation.
Riesberg brings more than 30 years of experience representing corporations, LLCs, public entities, developers, and individuals in high‑stakes commercial disputes. Her practice includes shareholder disputes, restrictive covenant and non‑compete matters, securities‑related litigation, receiverships, commercial foreclosures, property development disputes, and other real estate litigation matters.
In addition to her litigation practice, Riesberg regularly advises clients on risk management strategies, with a focus on protecting their interests and helping them avoid prolonged and costly disputes.
