Leech Tishman Welcomes New Attorney: Damian J. Martinez

LOS ANGELES, CA – October 9, 2023 – Leech Tishman is pleased to announce the addition of a new attorney to the firm, Damian J. Martinez. Based in the Los Angeles office, Martinez will join the firm as a Partner in the Litigation Practice Group, where he will focus his practice on corporate and complex civil litigation, internal investigations, and white collar criminal defense matters.

Martinez is an experienced litigator who has represented clients ranging from large multinational corporations to individual entrepreneurs. Martinez frequently represents corporate clients in complex litigation proceedings and internal investigations. He also regularly represents individuals subject to criminal investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice and the Los Angeles County District Attorney agreements involving U.S., European, Asian, and Middle Eastern business concerns.
