Leech Tishman Welcomes New Attorney: John M. Haschak

STATE COLLEGE, PA – February 20, 2023 – Leech Tishman is pleased to announce the addition of a new attorney to the firm, John M. Haschak. Based in the State College office, Haschak will join the firm as Counsel in Leech Tishman’s Real Estate Practice Group.

Haschak focuses his practice on real estate law, land development and commercial leasing, commercial lending, and intellectual property. He represents clients ranging from individuals to Fortune 100® companies in a wide variety of business and real estate transactions.

Haschak regularly advises clients in transactions involving the purchase and sale of all types of real property including: residences; rental properties; vacant land; commercial/industrial properties; and mineral, oil and gas rights. He is well-versed on all aspects of the real estate transaction process including the preparation and execution of an Agreement of Sale, complex due diligence matters, closings, and title insurance needs.

Haschak is highly experienced in land development matters, and familiar with the intricate technical requirements of various local, state, and federal laws concerning land development, environmental law, and zoning. Related to land development, he also routinely negotiates leases on behalf of retail, office, and industrial landlords and tenants for new and existing space. In addition, Haschak assists clients with a multitude of commercial lending matters.

Haschak also advises clients on intellectual property matters concerning patent, trademark, copyright law, and trade secrets.
