Leech Tishman is pleased to announce the addition of a new attorney, Mason L. Englet. Englet will join the firm as an Associate in the Labor & Employment and Litigation Practice Groups. Based in the Los Angeles office, Englet will focus his practice on a broad range of labor & employment matters.
Englet brings experience defending wage and hour class actions, Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) representative actions, and single-plaintiff claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to accommodate, and wrongful termination. His practice also includes wage and hour matters related to meal and rest breaks, overtime, off-the-clock work, wage statements, alternative workweek schedules, and statutory penalties.
