Leech Tishman is pleased to announce the addition of a new attorney to the firm, Michael P. Kruszewski. Kruszewski will join the firm as a Partner in Leech Tishman’s Business Restructuring & Insolvency Practice Group. Kruszewski will be based in Erie, PA.
Kruszewski will focus his practice on bankruptcy and collection matters, business reorganizations and restructurings, turnarounds and workouts, bankruptcy litigation, and mediation. He regularly represents corporate debtors, secured creditors, and unsecured creditor committees in business reorganization proceedings.
