Leech Tishman is pleased to announce the addition of new attorney, Michele Formaggio. Formaggio joins Of Counsel to the Real Estate, Construction, Corporate, and Litigation Practice Groups, and will also be involved in the firm’s Latin America, Europe, and Middle East Practices. Formaggio is based in the firm’s Miami/Fort Lauderdale office.
Formaggio will focus her practice on advising clients in commercial real estate, corporate transactions, and related litigation matters. She has over 15 years of representative experience in commercial transactions involving office, retail, and industrial properties, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, and financing matters.
Formaggio joins recent additions to Leech Tishman’s growing Miami/Fort Lauderdale office, Natasha Ramsingh, Esteban Elias, and David M. Hawthorne.
