Leech Tishman is pleased to announce the addition of a new attorney to the firm, Theodore (“Ted”) Roper. Roper is based in the Los Angeles office and will join the firm as a Partner in Leech Tishman’s Corporate Practice Group. He will focus his practice on corporate and commercial law, M&A transactions, and international legal matters, with a primary focus on representing Japanese businesses, corporations, and high-net-worth individuals regarding legal issues in the U.S.
Roper has a depth of experience counseling clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, commercial contracts, and corporate governance matters. He often serves as general business counsel in both day-to-day legal matters and strategic transactions for his clients.
