Leech Tishman is pleased to announce the addition of five new attorneys to the firm: Farah Bayonova, Patrick Fuscaldo, Michaela Kluska, and Elissa Steiner.
Bayonova joins the firm’s New York office as a member of the Litigation and Trusts & Estates Practice Groups. She brings experience in preparing simple and complex wills, trust planning, administration, charitable gift planning, and other trusts & estates matters. A graduate of Western New England University School of Law, Bayonova is licensed in New York.
Fuscaldo is based in the firm’s Chicago office and is a member of the Real Estate and Corporate Practice Groups. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate, and corporate contracts. A graduate of the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, Fuscaldo is licensed in Illinois.
Kluska is a new addition to the firm’s Pittsburgh office and is a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. She focuses her practice on general commercial litigation, with experience in breach of contract issues, intellectual property disputes, and product liability cases. A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Kluska is licensed in Pennsylvania.
Steiner is based in the firm’s Pittsburgh office and is a member of the Corporate Practice Group. Steiner’s practice involves counseling clients on corporate mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, business formation and entity selection, and general corporate governance matters. A graduate of the Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, Steiner is licensed in Pennsylvania.
