Leech Tishman is pleased to announce that Partner Michael P. Kruszewski has been elected to a three-year term as a Zone 7 Delegate in the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s (PBA) House of Delegates. Kruszewski’s term will commence at the adjournment of the 2025 Annual Meeting scheduled for May 9, 2025 and continue through the conclusion of the 2028 Annual Meeting.
As a member of the House of Delegates, Kruszewski will play a key role in shaping policy and governance within the PBA, contributing to discussions on critical legal issues, and representing the interests of attorneys and the legal profession in Pennsylvania.
Kruszewski is a Partner with Leech Tishman and a member of the Business Restructuring & Insolvency Practice Group. He is based in the firm’s Erie, Pennsylvania office and focuses his practice on bankruptcy and insolvency matters, business reorganizations and restructurings, turnarounds and workouts, bankruptcy litigation, and mediation.
