In April of 2024, The EEOC released updated guidance with guidelines which established new anti-harassment guidelines for employers. Our speakers shared their knowledge and provided practical insights for companies as they navigate these recent developments. Harry and Phil also provide insights in how to navigate the intersection of employer obligations related to EEOC guidance, California’s Pregnancy Disability Leave Act, and the Pregnancy Workers Fairness Act, which was passed in 2022.
