Leech Tishman is pleased to announce that Pete Fuscaldo has been re-elected to a three-year term as the firm’s Managing Partner. Additionally, David V. Weicht and John M. Steiner have been re-elected to two-year terms on the firm’s Management Committee.
Pete Fuscaldo has served as Leech Tishman’s Managing Partner since 2004, transforming a boutique firm servicing a select clientele into a full-service law firm with over 140 attorneys across 10 markets. Over his two decades in the role, Fuscaldo has led the firm through significant milestones, including two major acquisitions, nine office openings, three rebrands, and two recapitalizations. As Managing Partner for more than half of the firm’s 30-year history, Fuscaldo has significantly contributed to Leech Tishman’s growth and positioning the firm for future success.
In addition to being a member of Leech Tishman’s Management Committee, David V. Weicht serves as General Counsel for the firm, and as Co-Chair of the Litigation Practice Group. Weicht has been with the firm since 2005 and is based in the Pittsburgh office. As an experienced litigator, Weicht handles a wide variety of complex commercial litigation matters and has practiced across a wide range of industries for over 30 years.
John M. Steiner joined Leech Tishman as an Associate in 2000, and in 2020 he became Leech Tishman’s first Chief Operating Officer in light of the firm’s continued growth and market expansion. As Chief Operating Officer, Steiner oversees the firm’s administrative departments, including Finance, IT, and HR. Steiner is based in the Pittsburgh office and is a member of the Business Restructuring & Insolvency Practice Group, where he previously served as Co-Chair for many years.
