PITTSBURGH, PA – July 13, 2018 – Leech Tishman is pleased to announce the election of Forrest T. Passerin and Steven M. Taber as new partners of the firm.
Forrest practices in the firm’s Corporate and Real Estate Practice Groups and is based in Leech Tishman’s Wilmington, DE office. With over 17 years of large law firm experience in both Pittsburgh and Philadelphia, he has developed expertise in all aspects of real estate development, acquisition, disposition, joint ventures and finance. Forrest has represented both public and private real estate investors and financial institutions. He regularly represents real estate lenders and institutional investors in multi-tier, multi-state, cross-defaulted and cross-collateralized transactions. In addition to advising his clients on the conventional capitalization of real estate projects, Forrest has extensive experiencing in representing both developers and lenders in adaptive re-use projects utilizing federal historic and other tax credits.
Steven practices in the firm’s Environmental and Aviation & Aerospace Practice Groups. Steve, formerly counsel with the Federal Aviation Administration, is based in Leech Tishman’s Los Angeles office and focuses his practice on environmental law and aviation and airport related legal matters. He brings a wealth of knowledge to these seemingly disparate areas of practice through his experience in government, in-house and private practice. Steve is widely recognized as one of the nation’s leading aviation lawyers handling complex issues for airports and community groups across the entire US.
