As part of our 30 Years, 30 Stories series, we are thrilled to tell the story of our firm’s growing L.A. presence. In 2014, we opened our first LA office in Pasadena, CA. In 2018, we opened a second office location in the LAX/El Segundo area, which recently moved to Westwood, CA, in April 2024.
Having a physical presence in the LA area has provided our firm with the ability to service clients on a national level and attract West Coast attorney talent that is intimately familiar with the unique legal landscape of the California market.
Effective October 1, our firm will further expand its Los Angeles office by uniting with acclaimed healthcare law firm, Nelson Hardiman.
Our LA presence encompasses 39 attorneys and 20 personnel, covering a wide range of legal services including business restructuring & insolvency, construction, corporate, healthcare, immigration, intellectual property, labor and employment, litigation, real estate, tax, and trusts & estates, positioning our firm to handle virtually any legal matter in the Southern California area and nationally.
