Leech Tishman is pleased to welcome attorney Michael Korns to the firm as a Partner in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group.

Michael focuses his practice on land use, zoning, and municipal law, with an emphasis on permitting, development, subdivision, and code enforcement. Michael regularly represents developers and property owners in land use and zoning litigation. He appears before zoning hearing boards, planning commissions, and municipal governing bodies, and has significant experience litigating land use and zoning matters in Pennsylvania courts.

Effective February 18, 2026, Michael will join Leech Tishman’s full-service commercial legal platform and will be based in the firm’s Pittsburgh, PA office.

Real Estate Practice Group
