Adam Hellwig is an Associate with Leech Tishman and a member of the firm’s Energy Practice Group. Adam is based in Leech Tishman’s Pittsburgh office.
Adam regularly reviews abstract of title and prepares various reports and opinions for clients including drilling title opinions, division order title opinions and acquisition title opinions. He is highly skilled in providing guidance on all title-related matters associated with oil and gas operations, including due diligence review, title litigation, and drafting and reviewing curative documents for a wide range of complex title matters. Adam routinely reviews, drafts and negotiates a variety of commercial agreements including master service agreements, joint operating agreements, master limited partnerships, drilling contracts, farm-in and farm-out agreements, production agreements (gathering, processing and transportation), terminaling and storage agreements.
Prior to joining Leech Tishman, Adam worked as a sole practitioner at his own title consulting firm, providing oil and gas industry clients with guidance and practical solutions. He was also employed as a title attorney with Pecora & Duke.
