Brennan C. Weintraub focuses his practice on various aspects of family law, including divorce, custody, protection from abuse, adoption, guardianships, and support matters. He particularly excels in cases involving complex equitable distribution and custody issues.
Brennan has experience representing clients in court at all stages of litigation. He regularly prepares and submits memoranda, briefs, and other legal filings on behalf of clients.
Brennan previously served as a clerk at the Cambria County Court of Common Pleas, where he conducted in-depth legal research, drafted various court documents, and supported courtroom procedures in numerous civil and criminal cases.
As an engaged member of the State College community, Brennan volunteers with the Centre LGBTQA Support Network and its partner organizations.
