Brett J. Warren
Associate
Brett Warren is an associate in Leech Tishman’s Pittsburgh office and practices in the firm’s Corporate Practice Group. He is also a member of the Emerging Cyber Technologies Group.
Brett focuses his practice on advising business clients on issues such as corporate governance, entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, general contracts and financing.
Prior to joining Leech Tishman, Brett was the Assistant Director of the Corporation Finance Office of the Pennsylvania Department of Banking and Securities where he regularly reviewed corporate documents related to registered and exempt securities offerings. As Assistant Director, Brett frequently advised other attorney, paralegal and business owners on the Pennsylvania Securities Act of 1972 and accompanying regulations, closely studied legislative issues affecting the securities industry, and conducted trainings on the 1972 Act and Securities Acts of 1933 and 1934. Brett also worked with securities regulators across the country and actively participated in the North American Securities Administrators Association (NASAA) – presenting at conferences and serving on the Small Business & Limited Offerings project group.
