Daniel E. Kelly
Associate
Daniel Kelly is an Associate in Leech Tishman Robinson Brog’s Litigation & Alternative Dispute Resolution and Employment & Labor Practice Groups. He is also a member of the Immigration Group. Daniel is based in the firm’s New York office, where he focuses his practice on commercial litigation, including real property disputes, estates, securities, and corporate matters. Daniel also handles employment litigation, criminal defense cases (in New York and New Jersey) and immigration matters. He has broad experience with insurance and construction litigation.
During his career, Daniel’s practice has also included internal investigations and white-collar litigation.
While attending law school, Daniel interned with the Honorable Dennis M. Kavanaugh (ret.), a United States District Court Judge for the District of New Jersey and the New York State Appellate Division. Additionally, he was a Legal Intern and Public Interest Fellow at the Kings County District Attorney’s Office.
