David V. Weicht handles a wide variety of complex commercial litigation matters as an experienced litigator and has practiced across a wide range of industries for over 30 years. He is an Ex Officio member of the Leech Tishman Management Committee and serves as General Counsel for the Firm. David also serves as Co-Chair of the Litigation Practice Group.
David’s practice includes representation of both businesses and individuals in disputes involving complex contract issues, corporate ownership, business acquisitions, oil and gas, bankruptcy, trusts and estates, insurance coverage, real estate, and civil rights.
In addition to trial experience, David has significant experience in state and federal appellate courts. He has briefed and argued appeals before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the Pennsylvania Superior Court, and the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court.
