Hye Jin Lee

Jin has handled matters involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, data breach and cybersecurity, whistleblower and retaliation claims, unfair competition, trade secret misappropriation, fraud, harassment, discrimination and class action defense. She has also drafted multi-state employment and independent contractor agreements across multiple jurisdictions.

She handles overpayment and reimbursement disputes with government agencies and major commercial payors and insurers, consistently securing favorable resolutions for clients.

Prior to joining Leech Tishman Nelson Hardiman, Jin was an associate with an AmLaw 100 firm, where she represented international companies as both national and local counsel in complex products liability litigation.

During law school, Jin was a judicial extern for the Circuit Attorney’s Office in St. Louis, where she assisted with criminal trials. Jin also served as a staff editor for Washington University’s Global Studies Law Review.

Prior to attending law school, Jin worked in a public relations firm and represented Fortune 500 companies. Her interest in public policy and legislative process led her to volunteer for congressional and Seoul city mayoral elections in South Korea.
