James K. Paulick

James K. Paulick is Counsel with Leech Tishman and a member of the Litigation Practice Group. Jim is also a member of the Data Privacy & Cybersecurity and White Collar Criminal Defense & Government Investigations Groups. James is based in the Pittsburgh office, where he focuses his practice on criminal defense, litigation, data privacy and cyber security.
James is an experienced trial attorney and is highly-skilled in developing cases from initial client interview to jury verdict with successful results in serious state and federal criminal defense. He is also well-versed in civil litigation areas of practice such as personal injury, estate litigation, consumer protection, data privacy and civil rights.
James also has an extensive 15 year background in Information Technology that included LAN/WAN network design and implementation, cyber security, eDiscovery, and performance troubleshooting of large-scale multitier enterprise applications.
