Jeffrey T. Criswell is an Associate with Leech Tishman and a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Jeff is based in Leech Tishman’s Pittsburgh office, where he focuses his practice on general civil litigation with experience in the areas of municipal liability, civil rights, and premises liability.
Jeff has experience representing municipalities, corporations, and insurers in matters involving civil rights, municipal liability, premises liability, motor vehicle liability, contract disputes, subrogation, and professional errors and omissions. He regularly advocates for clients in state and federal courts, including serving as the first-chair attorney in jury trials.
Jeff also provides clients with legal counseling on issues related to cybersecurity, including risk assessment and best practices for avoiding a potential breach. He has presented on cybersecurity issues on several occasions to the insurance and legal industries.
