Jessica Albert is a Partner with Leech Tishman and practices in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Jessica is based in Leech Tishman’s Pittsburgh office.
Jessica’s practice focuses mainly on litigating state, federal, and agency cases, including complex civil litigation covering a broad range of legal matters such as ADA Title III class actions, civil rights, construction defects, breach of contract issues, negligence, fraud and insurance coverage. She is also well-versed in employment litigation. Jessica regularly counsels clients regarding risk exposure, including OSHA compliance and litigates contested OSHA citations.
Jessica started her career with Leech Tishman as a law clerk while she attended law school at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. During law school, Jessica served as a Topics Editor for the Pittsburgh Journal of Environmental and Public Health Law, was the recipient of a Dean’s Scholarship and an Edward/Cordelia Sell Scholarship and won a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Family Law.
