Jessica K. Albert is a Partner with Leech Tishman and a member of the Litigation Practice Group and the Employment & Labor Practice Group, where she co-leads the Workplace Safety/OSHA Group. She is also a member of the firm’s Defamation: Libel, Slander, and Commercial Disparagement Group, and is based in the Pittsburgh office. Jessica also serves as Co-Leader of Leech Tishman’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Program.
Jessica’s practice focuses mainly on litigating state, federal, and agency cases, including complex civil litigation covering a broad range of legal matters such as ADA Title III class actions, civil rights, construction defects, breach of contract issues, negligence, fraud and insurance coverage. She is also well-versed in employment litigation. Jessica also counsels clients regarding risk exposure, including OSHA compliance and litigates contested OSHA citations.
Jessica started her career with Leech Tishman as a law clerk while she attended law school at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. During law school, Jessica served as a Topics Editor for the Pittsburgh Journal of Environmental and Public Health Law, was the recipient of a Dean’s Scholarship and an Edward/Cordelia Sell Scholarship and won a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Family Law.
