Jonathan P. Fodi is an experienced litigator who handles complex civil disputes and investigations. He represents businesses, property owners, professionals, executives, and individuals in high-stakes matters, with particular experience in white collar investigations and real estate disputes.
Jonathan’s civil litigation practice includes commercial and business disputes, real estate and landlord-tenant matters, administrative proceedings and appeals, employment-related disputes, and matters involving significant financial, operational, or reputational concerns. He represents clients in state and federal courts, before administrative agencies, and in arbitration and mediation.
In his real estate and landlord-tenant practice, Jonathan represents commercial and residential property owners, landlords, developers, and property managers in disputes involving the ownership, leasing, and management of real property. His experience includes lease disputes and enforcement, tenant defaults and evictions, possession and ejectment proceedings, property tax assessment appeals, and other real estate-related litigation. He works closely with members of Leech Tishman’s Real Estate Practice Group to help clients resolve disputes before litigation and address recurring tenant and property-management issues.
Jonathan also represents corporations and individuals in governmental and regulatory investigations and conducts internal investigations involving employee misconduct, compliance concerns, and other sensitive matters. He regularly assists clients responding to subpoenas, civil investigative demands, regulatory inquiries, and enforcement actions, and represents professionals in administrative licensing and disciplinary proceedings.
