Mason L. Englet represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment litigation matters. He defends wage and hour class actions, Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) representative actions, and single-plaintiff matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to accommodate, and wrongful termination.
Mason’s wage and hour experience includes claims involving meal and rest periods, overtime, off-the-clock work, wage statements, alternative workweek schedules, and related statutory penalties. He assists employers throughout the litigation process, from discovery and class certification through mediation, settlement, and court approval of class and representative settlements.
In addition to his litigation practice, Mason advises employers on California wage and hour compliance and workplace policies designed to reduce litigation risk.
