Matthew J. Bolewitz is an Associate with Leech Tishman and a member of the firm’s Corporate, Real Estate, and Energy Practice Groups. Matthew is based in Leech Tishman’s Pittsburgh office.
Matthew has experience with a broad range of both corporate and real estate transactional matters, including corporate mergers and acquisitions, business planning and structuring, negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, and assisting with corporate governance issues.
Prior to joining Leech Tishman, Matthew completed a federal clerkship with The Honorable Joy Flowers Conti of the U.S. District Court, Western District of Pennsylvania. Additionally, Matthew served as an accountant and business analyst for an energy corporation, where his responsibilities included the evaluation of the company’s commercial transactions in order to identify and/or prevent legal challenges. While in law school, Matthew was a member of Duquesne University School of Law’s Veterans Clinic, which provides pro bono legal services to veterans within the criminal justice system.
