Matthew J. Bolewitz is an Associate with Leech Tishman and a member of the firm’s Energy, Corporate and Litigation Practice Groups. Matthew is based in Leech Tishman’s Pittsburgh office.
Matthew routinely assists with the review of abstracts located in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia. He regularly provides mineral title examinations and prepares certified title opinions for clients.
Prior to joining Leech Tishman, Matthew completed a federal clerkship with The Honorable Joy Flowers Conti of the U.S. District Court, Western District of Pennsylvania. Additionally, Matthew served as a Business Analyst for an energy corporation, where his responsibilities included the evaluation of the company’s operating agreements in order to identify and/or prevent potential legal challenges. While in law school, Matthew was a member of Duquesne University School of Law’s Veterans Clinic, which provides pro bono legal services to veterans who come in contact with the criminal justice system.
