Matthew W. Indorante is an Associate with Leech Tishman and a member of the Real Estate Practice Group. Matthew is based in the firm’s Pittsburgh office, where he focuses his practice on real estate transactions and management, construction and development, and commercial real estate.
Matthew has experience representing sellers and purchasers in a wide range of transactions including acquisitions; sales; construction loans; leases; commercial, residential, and mixed-use development projects; and sale-leasebacks.
Matthew routinely represents clients from start to finish in the cycle of a property sale or acquisition including negotiating letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, title review, property inspections, negotiation of title insurance coverage, and the real estate closing process.
