Maxwell (“Max”) Dormer is an Associate with Leech Tishman and a member of the Estates & Trusts and Tax Practice Groups. Max is based in the Pittsburgh office where he focuses his practice on estates & trusts, taxation, and business law.
Max assists clients in the preparation of simple and complex wills, trusts, healthcare durable powers of attorney/living wills, durable powers of attorney, and estate administration matters. Max’s background includes working as a tax analyst at a regional accounting firm, enabling him to effectively advise closely-held and family businesses on minimizing tax burdens.
