Melanie Cuddyre is an Associate with Leech Tishman and a member of the Estates & Trusts Practice Group, as well as the Nonprofits & Tax-Exempt Organizations and Tax Groups. Melanie is based in the Pittsburgh office.
Melanie assists clients in the preparation of simple and complex wills, healthcare durable powers of attorney/ living wills and durable powers of attorney, trust planning, and charitable gift planning. She advises a variety of clients ranging from young parents who need a basic estate plan to high net worth individuals and families regarding intergenerational wealth transfers and asset protection. Melanie regularly counsels clients in planning for individuals with special needs and guardianship proceedings. She also represents executors/trustees and beneficiaries in estate and trust administration, as well as estate and fiduciary litigation matters.
In addition, Melanie assists clients in business succession planning, preparation of pre-marital agreements, and tax planning.
