Michael P. Kruszewski is a Partner with Leech Tishman and a member of the Business Restructuring & Insolvency Practice Group. Michael is based in Leech Tishman’s Erie office, where he focuses his practice on bankruptcy and collection matters, business reorganizations and restructurings, turnarounds and workouts, bankruptcy litigation, and mediation.
Mike regularly represents corporate debtors, secured creditors, and unsecured creditor committees in business reorganization proceedings. He also has experience with commercial loan work-outs, general collection matters, and commercial litigation. Mike has experience with bankruptcy mediation, and is an approved mediator for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
