She assists businesses and corporate clients with complex contracts, agreements, and other transactional work.
Michaela’s deal experience spans the full transaction lifecycle, including preparing and responding to due diligence requests, organizing diligence productions, drafting and reviewing disclosure schedules, assisting with the negotiation and documentation of key transaction agreements, and managing closing and post-closing obligations. She also works on healthcare-related transactions involving physician-owned practices, management companies, and other provider platforms.
