Michelle Ross focuses her practice on both the transactional and litigation sides of trust and estate law, to include planning, administration, and all aspects of fiduciary litigation within the various county Orphans’ Courts.
Michelle has tried cases involving power of attorney disputes, trust and will contests, surcharge actions, and demands for accountings. She is also experienced with navigating the complex nuances of guardianship proceedings, often assisting clients with obtaining, modifying, and terminating contested guardianships. Michelle currently serves as outside general counsel for a non-profit corporate fiduciary that serves in all fiduciary capacities and manages a pooled special needs trust. In addition to her litigation practice, Michelle assists numerous families with all aspects of their trust and estate planning needs, including any corresponding special needs and tax implications, and handles all aspects of the probate and trust administration process as well.
