Natalie Metropulos is Counsel with Leech Tishman, and a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Based in Leech Tishman’s Pittsburgh office, Natalie focuses her practice in the areas of insurance coverage, commercial litigation, and family law.
Natalie has experience representing policyholders in insurance coverage disputes under various types of policies, including Commercial General Liability (CGL), Directors & Officers liability (D&O), Employment Practices Liabilty (EPL/EPLI), Commercial Crime policies, and Financial Institution Bonds.
Natalie assists clients through all phases of recovery, from initial notice through claim resolution, for first-party and third-party losses. Natalie can also advise policyholders about the adequacy of coverage for data breaches and cyber-attacks under traditional insurance policies and cyber risk policies.
Natalie’s practice also involves representing individuals with family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, protection from abuse, and adoption.
Natalie is committed to providing pro bono legal services. To that end, she has volunteered for National Adoption Day and has received training to serve as a pro bono mediator for families interested in drafting Post-Adoption Contact Agreements, which govern the contact that birth parents and adoptive parents have with one another after a child is placed for adoption. Natalie was also instrumental in developing and implementing the Pittsburgh chapter of the Name Change Project in Allegheny County, which provides free legal services to transgender individuals seeking a legal name change.
Prior to joining Leech Tishman, Natalie was an attorney in the Insurance Recovery Group at a large international law firm. During her tenure there, the group was recognized by U.S. News & World Report as the Law Firm of the Year in Insurance Law for three consecutive years.
