Rebeca Himena Miller

Rebeca Himena Miller is an Associate with Leech Tishman and a member of the Intellectual Property Practice Group and Life Sciences Industry Group. Rebeca is based in the firm’s Pittsburgh office, where she focuses her practice on all aspects of intellectual property law including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
Rebeca’s experience includes preparing and prosecuting patent and trademark applications, patent infringement and validity studies, and general intellectual property counseling.
Additionally, Rebeca regularly represents clients in complex civil disputes and guardianship proceedings. She handles draft pleadings, motions, and briefs at every stage of litigation, and has represented clients through the appellate process in state court.
Prior to working in a law firm setting, Rebeca completed an internship in the Legal Department at a British multinational pharmaceuticals company where she concentrated her work on business and commercial matters. She also has previous work experience as a Contract Legal Administrator and as a Data Scientist with a regional hospital system and a health insurance company.
